Here's what really stupid people think.
Criminals use X. So goverment should make X illegal.
X=
Pens
Paper
Desks
Electricity
Cars
Air
Messages
Email
Water
Money
Food
Chairs
Cryptocurrency
Roads
Clothing
Banks
Mail
Internet
Gas
Language
Buses
Phones
Every time you idiots call for X to be restricted, all you do is harm yourself. Deputizing millions of people as fake, 3rd party, unaccountable pseudo-police, just harms all their lives and those of all the innocent people they harrass, terminate, and violate the privacy of. Save all that money wasted on making fake cops and hire real cops.
Let real cops get raises and hire more of them. Nothing replaces professional investigators with accountability.

I wouldn't enter my actual info, but for geolocating your representative, perhaps your local McDonalds might work. There's other useful info on there too.

ONLY 12 DAYS REMAIN! Generate lists of common comments against proposed SEC/IRS rules.
Merge lists & run through text cleaner / de-duplicator.
Ask AI how each comment would apply to:
1. REG–122793–19
2. Safeguarding Advisory Client Assets, SEC Release No. IA-6240; File No. S7-04-23
File No. S7-02-22; Supplemental Information and Reopening of Comment Period
for Amendments to Exchange Act Rule 3b-16 Regarding the Definition of “Exchange” (this one is technically outside the open comment period.)
You have to ask one by one, for each comment idea, or the AI runs out of context window. (It can only think about so much stuff at once.)
Bingo bango, you have a list perspectives, applied to proposed rules. Great for learning.
The only hard part of this, is that the rules are about 300 and 400 pages long. That makes it very hard fit into context. So you'd have to feed the AI summaries of the rules or, attack parts of it one by one, like taking bites of a sandwich.
You might try to use the "superbooga or superbooga2" feature in the "sessions" tab of oobabooga to load the 300 page doc. In theory it would search for relevant parts from the giant document to use as context for your question.
To run those you have to bash cmd_linux.sh into a prompt, to install a couple extra things (which when it fails the first time you try to run it, it will tell you what you're missing.) Then you can ctrl c to end text-generation-webui if it's running. Bash start_linux.sh to start it. Go to sessions tab, click superbooga or superbooga2. Load model. Click Parameters>instruction template. Make sure you're on the right one. (auto_max_new_tokens) is nice the model you load exposes that in the settings below.
Banning the eos_token can get you lots and lots of text sometimes, before you get gibberish.
In summary, you should have a pretty gigantic list of comments that would apply to the proposed rules that you can read and learn from. The game is to have every possible perspective and idea as a lens to see the rule through. So that every single one of them can be considered.
Little changes to a piece of text in a rule can lead to decades of pain for millions of people, so it's quite important to exhaust every possible perspective and angle.
