KNTX knows we are on to something here because several someones are trying to take the site down with DDOS attacks. He foresaw this being an issue and hired one of the best cyber security guys in the biz to harden the site before he released it.
KNTX hopes the SEC isn't so dirty that they would stoop to stopping people's first amendment rights to win a case. But it makes you wonder who else would gain from the tarnishing of Hex and Richard's name.
